How It Works
Some portals have a minimum file size requirement — not just a maximum. They reject photos that are too compressed or too small. This is less common than maximum limits, but it happens with certain government and banking portals.
Typical situation: You already compressed a photo to upload it somewhere else, and now another portal is rejecting it saying "file size too small — must be at least 50KB." This tool increases it back to meet that minimum.

- Always check the form for both minimum AND maximum size limits before adjusting.
- If possible, start with the original uncompressed photo and reduce it precisely to the target range instead of increasing a compressed one.
- After increasing, verify the file size by checking the image properties on your device.
- If the portal asks for a size between 50KB and 200KB, increase to 80–100KB to stay safely within range.
