- Take a clear, well-lit photo of the ID card — not blurry or at an angle. Lay it flat on a table in good light.
- Make sure all four corners of the card are visible in the photo before uploading.
- Print on plain white paper at 100% scale (not "fit to page") for accurate card dimensions.
- After printing, cut neatly along the card borders for a clean submission copy.
- Keep your original digital photo stored safely — you may need it again for other submissions.
